Amy Childs Dress Collection

I visited Britain & Irelands Next Top Model Live yesterday and I got the chance of a sneek peek at (ex) The Only Way Is Essex Star Amy Child's new fashion range. The 'Amy Childs Collection' features over 20 pieces and features figure-hugging dresses, glitzy sequined frocks and cute skater style dresses. The collection was officially launched today, and with 20,000 TOWIE fans visiting her website in 5 minutes it caused the site to crash. 



 The collection is available from www.amychildsofficial.co.uk and is priced between £35 and £80. Are you a fan of Amy Childs fashion sense?

  1. Just tried to get onto her website, and it's down . . .must be v v popular indeed :) I saw her wear a black lace with nude linig dress @ BINTM; no idea if it's from her own range. But fro the select few pieces I have seen, I do like some of it.

Dont bother I ordered a dress on 3rd December and Iam still waitin have rang Can Associates who are the contact everyday this week and they cant help just get fobbed, they have now added a number to her website but guess what you cant get through...absolute joke, amy has got her fingers in too many pies...

  4. I got one of the two dresses I ordered(eventually) and had to phone customer services many times before they admitted one had not been sent because it was sold out! Sent dress back cos size 10 looked like a 6 on me and showed every sin on my tummy and hips. Eventually got message saying total for both dresses had been refunded! Not really worth it. Dress was nice to look at on hanger though so would welcome Amy Childs in shops so I could try on until I found flattering size but would not buy from website again!

  7. Their customer service, if u can call it that, is a joke! I've bought two dresses, the quality of which were very poor. They felt cheap and smelled of smoke. No response to numerous emails and I've wasted £150 now!!! Don't waste your time or money!

  9. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ORDERING WITH THEM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING. I ORDERED THE BRIDGET DRESS ON 6TH JAN AND ITS STILL HASNT ARRIVED YET THEY TOOK THE MONEY 3DAYS AFTER I HAD PLACED THE ORDER! I HAVE TRIED EMAILING FIVE TIMES AND HAVE HAD NO REPLY AND TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE BUT UNABLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE OR LEAVE A MESSAGE. I ENDED UP GETTING IN CONTACT WITH CAN ASSOCIATES TODAY AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE DRESS WAS OUT OF STOCK AND THEY WERE HOPING TO GET A DELIVERY THIS EVENING! WHEN I ADDRESSED THE PROBLEM WITH NO REPLY TO MY EMAILS OR THE FACT I COULDN'T GET THROUGH ON THE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE IN TOUCH WITH T-MOBILE TO TRY AND CLEAR THE VOICE MAIL BOX AND THAT THEY WERE EXPERIENCING TECHNICAL PROBLEMS WITH THEIR EMAILS!! NOT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY AT ALL AND I WOULD ADVISE TO ORDER WITH CAUTION.

I ordered the Bridget dress 9th Jan, website took my money no problems, got confirmation email, but didn't receive dress phoned to say had been waiting 16 days for delivery, was told dress out of stock and had been for some time, and they had no idea when they were getting stock in... Not very happy, had no email saying out of stock, and even now the dress is still in stock on the website!!! Waiting on my refund now..... Never again

    3. I wouldn't count on it if i were you. I ordered mine before christmas and didn't recieve it til end of Jan when i chased it up it came the next day. Took ages to get my money back and noone ever replied to the three emails i sent, when i called it when through to a mobile phone voicemail box which was full. Good luck x

  13. I ordered a dress mid-January and still waiting for it. No reply to my emails and cannot leave a message on the voicemail as it is full (what kind of business is that!!!) Moreover the dress I ordered is not on their website anymore so I am guessing out of stock and didn't the courtesy to let me know) It's a joke!!!

    1. Hey, sorry, but what happened to your order in the end? I have recently ordered a dress that was on the site, but has now been taken off and I've just emailed them. They have taken my money, so I'm panicking now as I didn't suspect anything until seeing it was not on the site any more, so checked up on the site and found all these complaints! Wish I never placed an order now.

Absolute crap i ordered a dress &signed personalised calender for my twins bday on the 20th of jan and it came today minus the calender the mateerial is cheap and tacky the dress is supossed to be a 12 more like a 10 on,sending it back also customer services are never there you just get diverted to a t-moblie crap crap crap!!!!!!

  15. oh so glad I saw these reviews. I was going to order the bridgett dress, I did wonder why I keep seeing them on Ebay. Obviously people selling them due to their poor quality.. when they eventually get them that is !!

  17. I have the same problem as everyone else. Ordered Audrey dress on 24th December. Payment was taken with no problem (funny that) but still have no dress. Cannot get through on number on web site. Sent numerous e-mails and no reply. It is an absolute joke. Nice dresses but the worst customer service ever!

I ORDERED THE LACEY DRESS CAME IN 3DAYS WHICH WAS BRILLANT AS I READ REVIEWS AND WAS PUT OFF ORDERING BUT GLAD I DID AS ITS A BEAUTIFUL DRESS WELL WORTH THE £65 ONLY DOWN SIDE WAS £5.99 P@P will definely buy from amy childs range again usually a size 10 to 12 so ordered a 14 as tight fitting so recommend u go 2sizes bigger to avoid having to send back

    2. yes order the lacey dress its beautiful on shows all the curves of ur body i ordered for a wedding worth the money i think and nothing like it in high street stores, im a size 10 and ordereed size14 and fits perfect go for it u wont be disapointed

I ordered a dress in dec waited 3 weeks for it, ( luckily just in time or my Xmas party) I love the dresses, and want to order another for an upcoming party, dilemma is Im not confident I'll get it in time even tho the party is not till end of march. No where on website about delivery times, very unproffesional, which s ashame because the dresses are amazing, I'd prob have bought quite a few by now, if it wasn't for the delivery problems.

  23. I ordered 2 dresses from her collction recently. The first one took over 3 weeks to come. When it did turn up the quality was so poor I didn't even try it on. I thought maybe this was a one off and ordered a different dress but when that turned up it was worse. The colours are not as pictured on the website and the quality is appallingly low. I complained as I have paid £24 in paying for delivery and returning dresses that for the quality should not even be sold. I have had no response but reading some of the complaints above I have had a luckier escape than some!
