Energising Body Lotion, a blend of 19 active ingredients to leave skin smooth, firm and energised. The Energising Body Lotion contains caffeine, gingko biloba, ivy, horse chestnut and butcher’s broom to help improve circulation. A combination of moisturising borage, wheatgerm, and avocado oils plus natural source vitamin E help improve skin elasticity and appearance. A blend of nine stimulating pure essential oils have been selected to energise the mind and body including grapefruit, rosemary, eucalyptus, patchouli, pine, petitgrain and peppermint.
The body lotion comes in a squeezy tube and the lotion is light weight and sinks into the skin nicely and has that familiar spa-like scent that lingers on the skin all day. Liz also does an Energising Body Wash which would go nicely with this lotion and I have heard great things about the Energising Hip & Thigh Gel for toning legs and with using a dry body brush I can imagine would be great for helping to reduce the dreaded 'orange peel' cellulite - that is next on my wish list.
If you live nearby a Liz Earle store I would definitely recommend visiting to have a play around and test of the products, the staff are always very welcoming and they sometimes offer complimentary massages, tea and cakes! I also really like that most of the Liz Earle products come in a miniature size which is handy to try before buying a full size or for travel.
